Bill is a senior manager with extensive experience in all aspects of hardware and software systems and product development in markets including computer, consumer, transportation, and medical devices. He has a wide experience in the definition and implementation of ISO-9001, FDA/GMP and SEI-CMM product design process for organizations ranging from startups to large organizations spanning multiple locations. Other areas of expertise include product planning and definition, software, electrical, and mechanical development, program/project management, product documentation, system integration, manufacturing engineering, field installation, and customer support.
Bill holds a BSEE degree from the University of Texas and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
