Doug Schultz has over twenty six years of design and
management experience in the communications and semiconductor industry and has lead
engineering and development teams through all phases of product development,
including successful product release to production. Comfortable Doug brings an
entrepreneurial leadership to development teams while providing technical and
commercial responsibility of program engagements.
Doug was a founder and CEO of Indian River Silicon, a comprehensive wireless IC development services firm. He also served as Vice President, Engineering at Conexant
Systems where he had site level responsibility for RF, mixed signal, and
digital IC design, hardware development, application engineering, radio systems
architecture, manufacturing tool development, hardware qualification, FW
development, and product/test engineering.Doug was also president of Integrated RF Solutions and a staff engineer
with Harris Corporation and TRW.
Doug is a published author, a member of the IEEE Microwave
Theory and Techniques Society, Solid State Circuits Society, and a holder of
six US Patents and four pending patents.
Doug received a BSEE from Pennsylvania State University,
State College, Pennsylvania, and serves on the College of Engineering
Industrial and Professional Advisory Council.
