Kurt has over 25 years marketing management experience for cutting edge consumer and communications technology products and medical devices. From the introduction of the first digital cell phone for Nokia to the beginnings of the consumer and business networking communications technologies HomePlug and PLC4Trucks, he has developed and implemented strategic marketing programs to take the fullest advantage of marketplace conditions.
Kurt has most recently been instrumental in the development and launch of an innovative new line of medical devices, growing the business to ship several million units within its first year. Kurt has also held marketing management positions at Harris Corporation, IntelliNet Technologies and with venture capital funded start-ups AuthenTec, e-Security, Intellon and Terrion. He also has held account management, business development, and creative development and implementation positions with national advertising and public relations agencies.
He has served on the Board of Directors and Advisory Committees for industry alliances and consumer technology trade associations. Kurt holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University.
